Job summary

AboitizPower Corporation is seeking a Project Compliance Associate to ensure adherence to laws and governance across the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Project Management Team, Legal counsels, business units, and regulatory authorities to deliver results and mitigate risks in a purpose-driven environment.

You will manage permits, monitor regulatory developments, support contract management, and report compliance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: minimum 5 years in compliance within project execution, preferably in power generation or energy storage.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Background in Philippine laws or knowledge of the power industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide permits, certifications and licenses oversight, filings and regulatory submissions to LGUs and national agencies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and craft compliance plans for project rollout.
• Support commercial contract management across due diligence, execution, and turnover.
• Track compliance metrics via dashboards and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison with AP/AEV Legal teams and external counsels for issue resolution.
• Contribute to the Project Risk Management Plan and uphold IMS policies.
