Job summary

SkinSo is seeking an Admin / Aesthetician who can provide excellent customer service while helping with day-to-day clinic operations in Manila. The role combines welcoming clients, handling inquiries and appointments, basic skincare services, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist/Clinic Receptionist or Admin Assistant is an advantage.
• Background in skincare, beauty, wellness, or aesthetics is a plus.
• Jolly, energetic, friendly and approachable personality.
• Comfortable talking and interacting with clients.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Team player in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
