We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments to our clients. You will work in a professional clinical environment, utilising your expertise to enhance clients' skin health and overall wellbeing through evidence-based aesthetic treatments and personalised skincare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Performing a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, massage and application of specialised products tailored to individual skin types and conditions
• Conducting thorough skin analysis and consultations to assess client needs, identify skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans and homecare routines
• Applying specialised skincare products and treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, masks and serums, in accordance with established protocols
• Maintaining detailed client records, including treatment history, skin condition notes and product recommendations, to ensure continuity of care
• Educating clients on proper skincare routines, product usage and lifestyle factors that may impact skin health
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic and organised treatment space, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sterilised and stored
• Staying current with industry trends, new treatment technologies and skincare innovations through ongoing professional development
• Supporting the wider team to deliver a holistic and welcoming experience that aligns with our natural therapies philosophy

What we're looking for

• Formal certification or qualification as an Aesthetician from a recognised training institution or regulatory body
• Proven experience working as an Aesthetician in a professional clinical or spa setting, ideally within the natural therapies or alternative medicine sector
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, skin types, skin conditions and the physiological effects of aesthetic treatments
• Proficiency in performing a range of facial treatments and familiarity with skincare products and professional-grade equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalised recommendations
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments that may require standing for extended periods and precise hand movements
• A genuine passion for skincare, natural health and contributing to clients' wellbeing and confidence
• Familiarity with natural or organic skincare philosophies and a commitment to evidence-based aesthetic practice
