Job summary

EY’s EndPoint Infrastructure team in Manila, Philippines, seeks an Administrator for Endpoint Patching & Vulnerability Management to own the patching lifecycle across ~450 SCCM/AppProxy servers in a mixed production/non-production estate.

The role covers monitoring, validation, deployment coordination, and incident-driven remediation under EY change management, with on-call duties during accelerated cycles and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and patching SCCM/APPPROXY server infrastructure in a large enterprise.
• Strong Windows Server administration skills including patching, restart sequencing and post-patch validation.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server for CU/GDR updates and HA concepts.
• Solid understanding of enterprise change management (RFC / CAB / eCAB) and audit discipline.
• Ability to work under pressure in a War Room / on-call model across accelerated and emergency patch cycles.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, accelerated and emergency patching across ~450 SCCM/AppProxy servers.
• Sequence patching and coordinate restarts within defined windows.
• Apply SQL Server CU/GDR updates and manage dependencies with SQL site databases.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and track to closure within SLA.
• Coordinate with SCCM/APPPROXY engineering, SQL/DBA and service management to plan patch windows.
• Provide War Room coverage during patch surges and zero-day events with status updates.
