Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience with Tanium.
• 3+ years experience with SCCM/MECM, WSUS, BigFix, PDQ or other patch management solutions.
• Experience with end-to-end patch deployment and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint management.
• Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and enterprise infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and vulnerability management practices.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash or Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support patch management activities using Tanium Patch and related endpoint management tools.
• Perform vulnerability remediation, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot patch deployment failures and endpoint-related issues.
• Support Windows server and endpoint environments.
• Manage software deployment, patching schedules, and update rollouts.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to resolve incidents and maintain system compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation and support change management activities.
