Job summary

solaireresort seeks an End User Computing Technician to provide frontline IT support for guests and team members. You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, manage devices, and assist with software and network issues, ensuring smooth IT service delivery.

The role requires strong customer service and ability to work with minimal supervision. You will handle incident escalation, communicate updates, and assist with asset deployment and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 0–2 years of IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS devices; Mac OS and Windows 10.
• Experience with Office 365 applications is beneficial.
• ITIL awareness/training preferred; ITSM ticketing experience helps.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, email, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac OS, Outlook, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and end-user devices.
• Log, monitor, diagnose, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
• Handle user escalations and communicate progress to users.
• Coordinate system updates, device deployments, and maintenance.
• Perform basic user administration (add/delete/modify accounts).
• Support corporate apps and perform systems administration tasks as assigned.
• Produce incident reports and analyze recurring issues.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders; follow policies and security standards.
