Job summary

Qualfon Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Technician, Computer, End User to provide level 1 IT support for home-based users. The role includes remote troubleshooting, software installation, and coordination with Desktop, Telecom, and Network teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of PC technician experience, strong MS Office skills, and CompTIA A+ / Network+ certifications. You will handle remote user issues, participate in on‑call shifts, and help maintain IT assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PC technician or similar IT support role.
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely for end users.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and configures PC hardware, software and peripherals.
• Provides remote support to all remote workers.
• Troubleshoots remote connectivity issues and voice quality for remote staff.
• Installs and configures Microsoft technologies per Qualfon guidelines.
• Assists users and telecom team with telecom applications and hardware.
• Maintains IT asset inventory and ships equipment as needed.
• Adheres to SLAs and participates in desktop on‑call schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
