Technical Presales
Service Design and Engineering
Service Provisioning
Service Fulfillment
Aftersales Support
Service Assurance
creating reports and project dashboards to update Management (Business and Technical) on the progress and support needed to deliver the services
officializing the new/enhanced service through pilot deployment
provide high level design and costing for service architecture requirements of B2B
act as SME on service design involving different platforms - providing guidance on the right service flow that is compliant to established architecture and security standards
