Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a Territory Delivery Lead (Broadband) to drive end-to-end delivery of broadband infrastructure within an assigned territory, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business targets.

You will coordinate planning, engineering, vendors, and stakeholders, manage risks and quality, and ensure activation readiness while collaborating with local authorities and partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in telecom network delivery and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of wiring plans and network design.
• Deep familiarity with local conditions, ordinances, and stakeholder landscape.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of broadband infrastructure within an assigned territory, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Coordinate planning, engineering, vendors, and stakeholders to align with capacity and revenue targets.
• Manage risks, enforce quality and SLA compliance, and ensure readiness for activation (RFS/CRFS).
• Engage with LGUs, utility partners, contractors, and property stakeholders to enable seamless delivery.
