Globe Telecom Philippines is seeking a Territory Delivery Lead (Broadband) to drive end-to-end delivery of broadband infrastructure within a defined territory, ensuring projects run on time, within budget, and meet capacity targets.

Lead planning, engineering, vendors, and stakeholders; manage risks, enforce quality/SLA, and ensure activation readiness from design to RFS/CRFS, with full ownership of execution performance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of broadband infrastructure within a defined territory, ensuring projects run on time and within budget.
• Coordinate across planning, engineering, vendors, and stakeholders; manage risks and enforce quality and SLA compliance.
• Ensure activation readiness from design through to RFS/CRFS and maintain ownership of execution performance and governance.
