• Experience in managing service capability delivery and rollout of core telco services.
• Ability to work with multiple domains (NTG, ISG, ISDP, Legal, Billing) and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technical domains to create end-to-end support structures.
• Craft process maps linking business and technical scope.
• Ratify technical PPMs and enable support teams with guidelines and enablement programs.
• Create reports and dashboards to update management on progress and needs.
• Pilot deployment of new/enhanced services and provide high-level design and costing for service architecture.
