Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience developing or implementing recruitment programs and activities is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative and proactive in developing recruitment strategies.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with JobStreet and other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and implement recruitment programs, initiatives, and activities to support hiring needs
• Create and execute strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Post and manage job vacancies on JobStreet and other recruitment platforms
• Source, screen, and assess candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies
• Organize recruitment activities such as job fairs, career events, employee referral campaigns, and other sourcing initiatives
• Explore and establish partnerships with schools, universities, recruitment networks, and other talent sources
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring activities and results
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with onboarding and other HR-related activities as needed
