Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, supporting multiple teams across the organization.

You will leverage traditional sourcing strategies and develop new, creative ideas to hire top talent while upholding our Ridiculously Good culture and high standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruitment, a relevant degree, and excellent communication and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft and Google apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day recruitment duties including job analysis, sourcing, profiling, screening and selection.
• Handle documentation and reporting for recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open roles efficiently.
• Ensure candidate experience aligns with company standards and culture.
