Job summary

Claritas is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring needs, from sourcing and candidate selection to new hire onboarding and first-day orientation.

You will source candidates, review applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and clients, and maintain accurate candidate records while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Proactive and resourceful in candidate sourcing.
• Proficient with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and client needs.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing channels.
• Review applications and assess candidates against requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
