Job summary

Vision Express Philippines seeks a PMC Manager to oversee end-to-end store construction, renovations, and maintenance. You will drive on-time openings, cost control, quality execution, contractor performance, and SLA compliance while advancing process improvements and digital transformation across our store network.

Qualifications

• Lead new store builds, renovations, and expansions from mobilization to turnover.
• Develop annual rollout plans, project schedules, and critical paths.
• Enforce quality, safety, manpower adequacy, and compliance with A&E/MEPF drawings.
• Validate BOQs, costs, variation orders, and PRF progress billings.
• Drive punchlist closure within SLA (≤7 days).
• Ensure 100% on-time store openings with ≤5% cost variance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance operations across all stores.
• Ensure SLA compliance (critical issues resolved within 24 hours).
• Reduce repeat failures through root-cause analysis.
• Maintain R&M asset registers, warranties, and lifecycle schedules.
• Manage vendors and contractors for PMS -HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and store repairs.
• Support contractor/vendor accreditation, performance scoring, and quarterly evaluations.
• Enforce timelines, quality standards, safety protocols, and contract compliance.
• Apply corrective actions and penalties when needed.
• Ensure adherence to mall guidelines, PH building code, fire code, and all permitting requirements.
• Oversee inspections, testing & commissioning, and site safety protocols.
• Guarantee zero major safety incidents.
• Help move to a centralized project trackers, R&M dashboards, and data accuracy.
• Deliver weekly executive reports (RAG status, risks, next actions, cost-to-complete).
• Lead implementation and adoption of Power BI dashboards, Centralized project tracker, Digital forms & mobile punchlist tools, Process automation.
