Job summary

dnata Travel Inc. is seeking an Recruitment and Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers in Clark, Pampanga.

You will post openings, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to fill staffing needs from start to finish. The role requires strong English, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings while maintaining thorough documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/psychology or related field is required.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical abilities and computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service skills and familiarity with social media.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; interview experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to identify staff requirements and job objectives.
• Post job descriptions on career sites, university boards, and social media.
• Source candidates from databases and social networks.
• Evaluate and screen resumes.
• Use tests and interviews to assess candidates' skills.
• Conduct phone, Skype, and in-person interviews.
• Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of interviews and hires.
• Stay current with recruitment strategies and methods.
• Report recruitment updates to management and hiring managers.
