Job summary

QUAENSA Foods Inc. in the Philippines is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor (End to End) to oversee the QA process from raw material receipt to finished goods. You will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain rigorous documentation throughout production.

You will lead investigations into quality incidents, coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain, and drive timely reporting. Strong GMP/HACCP knowledge and SAP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS in a science-related field is required.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a laboratory and/or production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee release of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods with same-day FERT results and on-time input recording.
• Verify inputs are complete and accurate against QA and production records.
• Ensure all technical and supporting documents for incoming materials and finished goods are updated.
• Lead quality incident investigations and ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate material availability with Logistics and Nestle Supply Chain.
• Prepare Quality Deviation notices (e.g., NCPT) and supporting documents.
• Establish Quality Monitoring Schemes for FERT and incoming materials.
• Ensure timely detection and escalation of quality incidents.
• Lead traceability and mock recall activities as needed.

About the role

The role of a Quality Assurance Supervisor (End to End) involves overseeing the entire quality assurance process from receiving of materials until the delivery of finished goods. He/she ensures that all products adhere to regulatory standards, customer expectations, and organizational quality benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the release of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods. Ensures same day results recording of FERT and on-time results recording of incoming materials.
• Verifies results recording. Checks if inputs are correct, complete and accurate versus QA and production records.
• Ensures all technical and supporting documents for incoming materials and finished goods are complete and updated.
• Facilitates product complaints and quality incident investigation. Leads investigation and problem-solving activity together with concerned departments. Ensures on-time submission of reports.
• Coordinates material availability and assists on issues on packaging and raw materials requirements with Logistics and Nestle Supply Chain.
• Prepares e-Notice of Quality Deviation through Power Apps for incoming material with deviation and provides supporting document (QIR, SIR).
• Prepares NCPT for FERT with deviation. Attaches email communication with corresponding disposition.
• Prepares Quality Monitoring Scheme for all FERT and incoming materials.
• Ensures quality incidents are detected and escalated on-time.
• Leads actual traceability of materials / FERT or mock recall/traceability exercise.

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology or Chemistry or any science-related course.
• With at least 3 years of work experience in laboratory and/or production environment.
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing process and product specifications.
• Knowledgeable in GMP and HACCP.
• Good in oral and written communication skills.
• Computer-literate. Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage.
• Can work under the pressure of deadlines.
• Can work under minimal supervision.
• Flexible, able to multi-task and with strong personality.
• Physically and mentally fit. Able to work efficiently on any shift. Can work on extended hours.
