Job summary

primeinfra seeks an experienced procurement professional to oversee end-to-end procurement for EPC projects in the Philippines. You will analyze the complete procurement plan, validate PMC reports, and monitor on-site progress to ensure production efficiency.

You will coordinate local sourcing, engage with third-party inputs, and act as the SCM contact for OVWPI, driving timely delivery and cost control across planning, purchasing, manufacture, testing, shipping and storage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in procurement, supply chain or logistics.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement and importation processes.
• Familiarity with QA and material testing for industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report procurement progress to align with project timelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly procurement reports for long‑lead items.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions for delays; coordinate with EPC as needed.
• Manage customs/duties incentives and documentation for imports.
• Support local sourcing and oversee shipment inspections via insurance brokers.
