Job summary

Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. is seeking an experienced SCM Specialist in Rodriguez, Philippines to oversee end-to-end procurement analyses for EPC projects.

You will validate PMC reports, align procurement with project timelines, and support local sourcing of non-EPC items while serving as the main SCM contact for OVWPI. Key duties include delivering weekly/monthly procurement monitoring reports, managing customs/duty incentives, and coordinating with local brokers and insurance for

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement experience required.
• Experience in procurement / supply chain / logistics.
• Familiarity with importation processes and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with QA and material testing in industrial equipment.
• Construction industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly procurement reports based on long-lead item progress from Planning to Shipping and Storage.
• Highlight risks and mitigation actions to keep the project plan on track.
• Coordinate with local contacts for EPC support and asset procurement; act as main SCM contact for OVWPI.
