With 1–2 years of payroll experience in high-volume environments, you’ll contribute to a team that delivers reliable payroll services and supports clients through year-end activities and complex queries.

Qualifications

• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Strong math and numerical reasoning for payroll calculations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidential handling of payroll information is essential.
• Experience in high-volume payroll environments is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including year-end.
• Maintain payroll data by collecting and entering data and updates.
• Update payroll records by adjusting exemptions, insurance, deductions, and job titles.
• Prepare and extract payroll reports detailing earnings, taxes, deductions, and leaves.
• Calculate and determine payroll liabilities including taxes and statutory payments.
• Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Analyze payroll information to respond to questions and requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
• Support team with ad-hoc reporting and related tasks.
