Job summary

Nestlé S.A. Manila is seeking a Packaging Design Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end packaging design and artwork projects across brands, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery for print, digital, and e-commerce applications.

The role acts as a liaison between Marketing, Design Agencies, and Regulatory teams, driving D2D processes, asset management, and brand governance while maintaining labeling accuracy and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in packaging design and/or artwork projects.
• Experience coordinating packaging projects from concept to final artwork.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Understanding of digital file formats used in packaging artwork production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end packaging design and artwork projects from initiation through final delivery.
• Coordinate activities across Marketing, Design Agencies, and internal stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Establish timelines, inputs, and monitor progress throughout the workflow.
• Ensure branding governance and asset management throughout the project.
