Job summary

Nestlé Philippines is seeking a Packaging Design Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end packaging design and artwork projects across assigned brands, ensuring timely delivery for print, digital, and e-commerce applications. The role acts as a hub between Marketing, agencies, Regulatory, and internal teams, guiding label information management, asset archiving in DAM, and adherence to brand guidelines.

You will drive the D2D process, establish timelines, monitor milestones, and support

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of packaging design/artwork project experience.
Experience coordinating packaging projects from concept to final artwork delivery.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end packaging design and artwork projects from initiation to final delivery.
Coordinate activities across Marketing, Agencies, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Establish timelines, inputs, references, and monitor progress through the workflow.
Ensure accuracy of packaging content and labeling records.
Support DAM asset management and archiving of final artwork files.
