Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking a senior Artwork Planning Lead to oversee end-to-end packaging artwork projects for a global client in the CPG sector. You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of experience in packaging artwork within a CPG/FMCG environment, strong leadership, and Japanese (JLPT N2) proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing and digital assets creation in a CPG environment.
• 10+ years of experience in artwork management and packaging within a CPG or FMCG environment with 6 years of experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite can enhance communication with creative teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative experience with Global & Local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end project management of packaging artwork delivery, continuously driving packaging artwork excellence.
• Lead and oversee multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Set agenda and define cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using PM tools and spreadsheets.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays and implement solutions.
• Compile regular artwork project reports and communicate findings to senior leads.
• Mentor associate artwork project managers and coordinators.
• Plan and lead pre-production meetings.
• Rate card and cost estimate updates.
• Handle escalations and incidents to closure.
• Work with AW tool for tasks.
