Job summary

Manulife is hiring a Middle Office Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding across fund and retirement products, including account setup, documentation, data validation, trade processing support, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and clients, ensuring KYC/AML compliance, data integrity, and effective communications.

Night shifts and on-site presence in UP Ayala Technohub in Quezon City or Newtown Mactan, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
3–5 years experience in Onboarding, Middle office, or Investment Operations.
Knowledge of fund onboarding, 401k/defined contribution, or trade lifecycle.
Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with financial systems and data platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end onboarding and implementation activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners for account setup and documentation.
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
Manage documentation, onboarding workflows, and client communications.
Execute system setup and validate data integrity across platforms.
Analyze datasets, reconcile discrepancies, and support data conversions.
Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
Handle escalations and manage complex, high-priority cases.
Drive continuous improvement, new tools adoption, utilize AI and automation solutions to optimize workflows, reduce manual intervention, and support the development of scalable, efficient operating models.
