The role requires Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to optimize CSOPs and workflows. On-site, dayshift, in Pasig City, with opportunities to improve customer outcomes within a global logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience developing, maintaining and auditing CSOPs.
• Ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City; dayshift.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end export and import for a defined customer portfolio.
• Maintain CSOPs and update procedures to reflect requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across shipment processing to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide value-added solutions and upsell opportunities to customers.
• Deliver timely resolutions to customer queries and concerns.
