Job summary

Paperspace Asia is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead end-to-end interior fit-out projects—from pre-construction to handover—driving strategies, cost planning, and execution in a fast-paced design-and-build environment.

You will coordinate MEPF systems, manage procurement and subcontractor negotiations, and ensure timelines, quality, and safety across site teams, with travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Experience in corporate workplace, commercial, or retail fit-outs.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior fit-out projects end-to-end from planning through handover.
• Develop project strategies, programmes, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Manage procurement, quotations, variations, and project-related costs.
• Coordinate designers, architects, MEPF consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Oversee site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Lead project meetings and resolve site and technical issues.
