Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles with account ownership.
• Track record of owning client relationships, not just tickets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong empathy and professionalism in difficult conversations.
• Proven ability to drive issues to resolution across stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of homeowner accounts and be the primary contact for properties.

• Track commitments and ensure timely delivery across internal teams.
