WeSearch@Searchers & Staffers Corp. is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Metro Manila to oversee client accounts across facilities management and related services. You will be the primary contact, nurture client relationships, and ensure contract compliance and service quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating manpower, monitoring performance, visiting sites, and managing renewals and receivables with internal teams to drive account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years end-to-end experience in client servicing and account management.
• Experience in contract renewals and managing financials of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, service standards, and SLAs.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and operational requirements with internal teams.
• Monitor workforce performance, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Conduct site visits to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Address and resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit account, operational, and performance reports.
• Oversee contract renewals, account growth, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain financial records.
