Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, business, PM, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in project management, customer delivery, testing, or acceptance in telecom or tech.
• Experience coordinating customer acceptance, UAT, site acceptance testing, or handover.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, quality, risk, issue tracking, and change control.
• Experience with cross-functional, multicultural, distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines when required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer acceptance process from planning to final sign-off.
• Define and maintain acceptance plans, criteria, and workflows.
• Coordinate acceptance testing, readiness reviews, and re-testing with customers and delivery teams.
• Serve as primary contact for acceptance matters and provide status updates.
• Track deliverables, risks, actions, defects, and customer requirements.
• Facilitate governance meetings, test reviews, and escalation forums.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, engineers, and partners.
• Ensure acceptance evidence meets contractual, quality, security, and operational requirements.
• Drive timely closure of issues and obtain formal approval or exceptions.
• Support lessons learned and transition to operations or managed services.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting following Ericsson ways.
