Job summary

Arbeit Infotech Inc. in Pampanga, Philippines, is looking for a telecom project manager to oversee end-to-end implementation activities for network deployment, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and ensure timely execution of projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, ASPs, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive timely issue resolution.
• Support project planning, execution, and reporting to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
• Manage and monitor ASP performance, resource allocation, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with Ericsson processes, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and implementation updates.
• Analyze project data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and delivery performance.
• Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and proactive issue management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
• Ensure financial awareness by monitoring project costs, utilization, and delivery performance.
