Job summary

Ericsson GmbH is seeking a Senior Customer Project Manager to lead end-to-end introduction and integration of new hardware into customer networks. You will manage complex delivery programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will translate commitments into clear delivery plans, own governance, and drive continuous improvement in standardized delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, information technology, or related field.
• Significant experience managing complex customer projects, preferably in telecom or network infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead hardware introduction, integration, rollout, or transformation programs.
• Strong governance, service delivery, and project finance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer projects from pre-sales CFR through delivery, acceptance and closure.
• Translate contracts into delivery plans with milestones and success criteria.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and governance.
• Drive hardware introduction and integration with customer networks and systems.
• Manage project financials and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
