Job summary

Ericsson Philippines is seeking a Senior Customer Project Manager to lead end-to-end hardware integration into customer networks. You will manage complex delivery programs, align contractual commitments with delivery, and ensure governance, security, and E+OHS compliance.

You will own FAS activities, manage executive-level updates, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, information technology, or a related field.”
• Significant experience managing complex customer projects, preferably within telecommunications, technology, or network infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading hardware introduction, integration, rollout, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of project governance, service delivery, commercial commitments, and project finance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, negotiate outcomes, and resolve complex issues.
• Strong customer focus with a consultative approach and sound business judgment.
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools, risk management, and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer projects from pre-sales CFR activities through delivery, acceptance, and closure.
• Translate contract commitments into clear delivery plans, milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Develop, secure approval for, and execute comprehensive project plans.
• Lead the introduction and integration of new hardware with customer networks, processes, and systems.
• Own FAS activities and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant fulfillment.
• Manage customer expectations through clear communication, governance, and regular executive-level updates.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues, dependencies, risks, and conflicts proactively.
• Govern project financials and drive performance against target Unadjusted Margin.
• Control scope, schedule, quality, costs, and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Ericsson policies, customer requirements, legal and financial guidelines, data security and privacy standards, and E+OHS requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, decisions, meeting records, risks, actions, and configurations.
• Ensure reliable project data and reporting to support timely decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardized delivery practices.
