Responsibilities

• Process and encode Sales Invoices, Credit Memos, and other transactions.
• Update inventory and stock records for Logistics clients.
• Prepare and summarize monthly billable transactions for Logistics.
• Monitor and file blue copies of invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of encoded transactions.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Distribution teams for reconciliations.

Job Description:

• Process and encode Sales Invoices, Credit Memos, and other transaction movements for the Distribution business.

• Perform system encoding and updating of inventory and stock records for Logistics clients.

• Prepare and summarize monthly billable transactions for Logistics operations.

• Monitor, verify, and file blue copies of invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of encoded transactions.

• Coordinate with Logistics and Distribution teams for reconciliation and documentation support
