Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement and evaluate course content for new hire contact center training curriculum.
Develop and implement ongoing training programs for contact center roles.
Maintain curriculum materials in secure shared location.
Measure success of programs using instructional design methodologies.
Create engaging micro-learning courses in a fast-paced environment.
Develop scalable role-play scenarios and learner evaluations.
Collaborate with global teams to optimize learning solutions.
Mentor others on instructional design methodologies.
