We Hope Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Officer for MAGBITANG MALOLOS Chemotherapy Center. Based on-site in MAGBITANG MALOLOS, you will safeguard patient records, support EMR systems, and ensure data privacy compliance to enhance patient care delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in records/IT, a relevant degree, and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and secure data across clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, health information, or related field.
• 1–2 years of records/IT experience.
• Knowledge of data privacy and records management.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic IT support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate, and secure patient medical records.
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Provide basic IT support for clinic systems and equipment.
• Generate reports for clinical, administrative, and regulatory purposes.
• Maintain data backups and system security protocols.
• Manage procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution of medical and office supplies.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.
