The role focuses on maintaining accurate patient records, managing EMR systems, and ensuring data privacy compliance to support efficient clinical operations and quality patient care.

The successful candidate will handle records management, IT support for clinic systems, and report generation while maintaining backups and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, health information, or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in records or IT.
• Knowledge of data privacy and records management.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Must be residing in SAN PABLO.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate, and secure patient medical records.
• Manage EMR systems and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Provide basic IT support for clinic systems and equipment.
• Generate reports for clinical, administrative, and regulatory purposes.
• Maintain data backups and system security protocols.
• Manage procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution of medical and office supplies.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.
