We Hope Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Officer for our Laguna Chemotherapy Center in San Pablo. The role focuses on maintaining accurate patient records, managing EMR systems, and ensuring data privacy compliance to support efficient clinical operations and quality patient care.

The successful candidate will handle records management, IT support for clinic systems, and report generation while maintaining backups and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, health information, or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in records or IT.
• Knowledge of data privacy and records management.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Must be residing in SAN PABLO.

Responsabilités

• Maintain complete, accurate, and secure patient medical records.

About the role

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Records Officer to join our LAGUNA Chemotherapy Center. This is a full-time position based in San Pablo , where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy, security, and accessibility of patient medical records. As a Medical Records Officer, you will be the custodian of sensitive patient information and a key contributor to our commitment to providing excellent patient care and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our clinical operations and the quality of patient care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate, and secure patient medical records
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems and ensure data integrity
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations
• Provide basic IT support for clinic systems and equipment
• Generate reports required for clinical, administrative, and regulatory purposes
• Maintain data backups and system security protocols
• Manage procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution of medical and office supplies
• Monitor stock levels to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations

What we're looking for
