Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support the People Partner in managing employee relations, ensuring fair policy application and resolving workplace conflicts. The role requires 2+ years HR experience, strong labor-law knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information.

The position involves conducting investigations, supporting disciplinary and performance processes, advising managers on policy, and coordinating with legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' HR experience in a large complex global organization.
• Experience handling employee investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Familiarity with grievance procedures and labor dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Able to work confidentially and ethically.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct.
• Support disciplinary and performance management processes.
• Advise managers on policy interpretation and employee relations best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Prepare documentation for labor cases and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Track ER metrics such as case volume, resolution time, and trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of business objectives.
• Develop and execute the overall strategy for Cash Loan products across the Sales Network.

The Employee Relations Specialistwill support the People Partner in managing employee relations matters,ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies, resolvingworkplace conflicts, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

· Conductsinvestigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct.

What You Need to Have:

• Minimumof 2 years' relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) gained in alarge complex global organization with multiple stakeholders
• Experiencein handling employee investigations and disciplinary actions
• Familiaritywith grievance procedures and labor dispute resolution
• Strongunderstanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Strong business acumen
• Able to work confidentially and ethically
