Set Up My Offshore is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to support client success and HR operations. You will act as a primary contact for routine employee and client inquiries, coordinating onboarding, payroll, and performance management across accounts.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with international clients. Background in event coordination is a plus, supporting organizational goals with service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations and HR roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with international clients (desirable).
• Background in event coordination is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with HR software and database management (Sprout and/or Zoho preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for routine employee and client inquiries and operational concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, payroll, timekeeping, and incentive processes.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and engagement; address concerns proactively.
• Prepare operational updates and reports for assigned accounts.
• Identify process improvements and operational risks and support initiatives to enhance efficiency.
