Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, conducting investigations, and educating staff about labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a degree related to Human Resources, experience in employee relations, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively mediate between employees and management. Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws is critical.

Formación

• Experience in employee relations or HR management.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR policies.
• Experience in a unionized company is a plus.
