Qualificações

Job Overview:

The Project-Based HR Paralegal will collaborate closely with the Employee Relations team in handling various legal and administrative tasks related to employee relations concerns. The ideal candidate should have a solid legal background, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to addressing concerns and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Research and Analysis
• Conduct legal research on employment laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to employee relations issues.
• Analyze legal documents, case law, and other materials to provide insights and recommendations to the Employee Relations team.
• Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations that may impact company policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on employment law or employee relations in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal research databases.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Amenable to a 1-year contract arrangement
