Responsibilities
Receive and record incident reports and notice to explain forms.
Prepare transmittal per batch finished and forward it to the Operations head.
Prepare Sanction per incident report based on the COD.
Assist with administrative hearings in the absence of the section head.
Facilitate consultation and counseling to employees.
Serve as emissary to government agencies on legal and labor issues.
Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government agencies.
