Job summary

Jammas Inc in Las Piñas is looking for an HR generalist to maintain positive relationships between employees and management, address workplace concerns, and ensure that HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.

This onsite role requires strong communication, discretion, and solid organizational skills, with a Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm schedule at the Las Piñas location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Exposure in Employee relations is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor standards, and company procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work onsite and address employee concerns as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office applications.
