Job summary

Monee Credit in Manila is seeking an experienced Employee Integrity & Compliance Specialist to independently manage investigations, case documentation, and policy adherence across all entities.

You will monitor case dashboards, ensure timely resolutions, coordinate regulatory reporting, and support ethics awareness initiatives, contributing to a compliant, fair workplace.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 3–5 years' experience; proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Legal Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, investigations or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience conducting employee investigations and grievances.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, due process.
• Experience preparing IRs, NTEs, NODs and related documents.
• Familiar with regulatory compliance, audits, and government reporting.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and investigate employee integrity cases.
• Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and prepare incident reports.
• Monitor E&I case dashboards, SLAs, and resolution timelines across entities.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and audits as required.
• Support ethics and integrity awareness initiatives.
