Job summary

Monee in the Philippines seeks an experienced Compliance Testing Officer to oversee AML and regulatory testing under the approved plan. You will conduct periodic reviews of the Compliance program to identify improvements and document findings.

Responsibilities include developing, enhancing and executing testing plans, communicating results to senior management, and assisting in implementing remedial actions to strengthen the organization’s compliance posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year course graduate.
• 3–6 years of experience in compliance or audit.
• Certification in Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management is an advantage (e.g., CPA, CIA, CAMS).
• Understanding of Compliance Testing Methodologies.
• Ability to provide sound judgment during review/investigation.
• Adequate knowledge of financial services processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., BSP Issuances).
• Proven communication with stakeholders.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic testing and reviews of the institution's Compliance program to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop, enhance and/or execute AML and Regulatory testing plans, assessment of related regulatory and control requirements and documenting testing results and findings.
• Communicates testing results to the relevant stakeholders (i.e., senior management).
• Assists in the implementation of remedial actions to strengthen the organization’s compliance programs.
• Monitors implementation of action plans resulting from the compliance testing activity to ensure remediation.
• Other related tasks to be assigned by the immediate superior.
