Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) is seeking an HR support staff assigned through DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC). The role focuses on clerical tasks, assisting in employee engagement and training, and supporting post-training reports.

The position follows a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with government-mandated benefits and opportunities to participate in various HR activities. This agency-hired arrangement aims to support SHFC’s human resources operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Training: At least 4 hours of relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Attends to the clerical work requirements of the Department/Division such as filing, routing, and answering phone calls to complete daily tasks.
• Assists in the preparation and conduct of employee engagement and training activities.
• Assists in the post-training and post-engagement reports and evaluation.
• Assists in the facilitation of employee trainings, seminars, and engagement activities.
• Participates in planning activities for employee engagement and training activities.
• Leads HR related events with minimal supervision.
• Performs other related functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.
