Job summary

Baubap is seeking a skilled CRM and lifecycle communications lead to elevate collections metrics through structured, data-informed campaigns. You will craft end-to-end lifecycle experiences, from messaging to channel selection, and run cost-benefit analyses for each initiative.

You will work with Product, Engineering, CX and Data to design dashboards, rollout plans, and guardrails, ensuring consistent customer communication across touchpoints. Fluency in Spanish and English is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle communications or retention marketing, ideally in fintech/financial services.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end communication programs that move key business metrics.
• Experience in collections, payments, repayment behaviour or risk-adjacent communication is a plus.
• Familiarity with Braze or equivalent engagement platforms and multi-channel orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle communication strategy across channels and moments.
• Design, implement, and measure campaigns with data-backed decisions and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX and Data to institutionalize SLAs and instrumentation.
• Align messaging across channels and ensure consistent customer storytelling.
