Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO on special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate across HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
• Conduct business analysis, research, and benchmarking to support decisions.
• Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for management.
• Track action items and ensure delivery of assigned initiatives.
• Support the CEO with research, meetings materials, and data gathering.
