Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Process Improvement Manager for EMEAA to drive store and kitchen process enhancements. You will integrate new technologies, oversee RS initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements in speed, quality, and customer experience.

The role requires expertise in process optimization within the F&B sector, strong project management, and the ability to align initiatives with business results across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Postgraduate studies in Engineering or Business Management are preferred.
• At least 6 years relevant work experience in food service operations, QSR, with a minimum of 3 years in supervisory capacity.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

Responsibilities

• Leads in developing continuous improvement programs for store service systems, kitchen equipment and facilities, tools, and processes to improve operating costs.
• Evaluates technology solutions that can bring significant process improvements.
• Manages key projects from exploration to post-evaluation, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Reviews and endorses project proposals for Country Team and Market Head approval to ensure financial feasibility and alignment with business directions.
• Plans and develops short- and long-term programs to improve store processes across all channels, dining areas, and counter spaces.
