Grant Thornton Advisors (GTA) is seeking a Payroll Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support for EMEA payroll, with an initial focus on Ireland. You will aggregate inputs, validate data, and resolve Tier 1/2 inquiries while escalating complex issues to the CoE and in-country teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll, shared-services, or multi-country payroll operations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle payroll exceptions and inquiries independently, with sound escalation judgment.
• Exposure to multi-country payroll or a shared-services environment (required, given the EMEA multi-jurisdiction scope).
• Experience with HR and payroll systems and aggregation tooling; working understanding of upstream (source-to-gross) payroll processes across HR, Finance, and IT inputs.
• Willingness to work in a global support environment (EMEA-focused).

Responsabilidades

• Payroll data aggregation and input support across EMEA jurisdictions.
• Inquiry handling and escalation (Tier 1 and Tier 2) within defined playbooks.
• Controls, reconciliation, and data integrity for payroll data.
• Documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement with CoE and in-country teams.
